Operations Manager (Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Consumer Goods)

Food Production ________________________________________ About the Role AppleOne is currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, R D, quality control, and production. This leadership role is critical in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, R D, and Quality Assurance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals
  • Monitor and improve KPIs, cost control, and operational performance metrics
  • Manage ERP systems (NetSuite, Redzone preferred) to streamline processes
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, CODEX, and safety standards
  • Oversee budgeting, cash flow, P&L, and financial performance
  • Lead long-term planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Implement and maintain change management and process improvement systems
  • Mentor and develop cross-functional teams to build high-performing operations teams
  • Improve customer satisfaction and service delivery across all channels
  • Analyze data and use statistical tools to drive decision-making ________________________________________ Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or consumer goods
  • Proven expertise in process improvement, Lean manufacturing, and operational strategy
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, Redzone preferred)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, production planning, and quality systems
  • Knowledge of wastewater processes (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, P&L, and financial metrics
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Strong skills in leadership, conflict resolution, and business negotiation
