This is a hands-on leadership role at our brand new Fullertoh location. You will be on the floor, not behind a desk. On any given shift you may be hosting, setting up tables, running food, or supporting your team wherever they need you most. You will work closely with ownership to set and maintain the standard of hospitality, service, and culture. 2+ years of restaurant management experience is preferred in similar fast-paced, high value full service sit down Japanese restaurant. Familiarity with Toast is ideal. Our core values are

Oversee all daily FOH and BOH operations — opening/closing procedures, shift management, and floor presence throughout service Hire, train, schedule, and lead all front-of-house staff; hold the team to Haruka's service and presentation standards Monitor dining room flow, table rotation, and pacing; step in to resolve service issues before they reach the guest, staff breaks Track inventory, manage supplier relationships, and control food and beverage costs Ensure full compliance with California health codes, ABC regulations, and Haruka's internal SOPs Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism; resolve issues at the highest level of hospitality Report daily performance to ownership; drive revenue, manage labor, and uphold the financial health of the restaurant
Requirements:
Active Food Handlers Active RSB certifications Harassment training within 30 days of employment Must be eligible to work in the US.
