In this role, you'll be the driving force behind delivering top-notch food service, managing daily operations, and ensuring our guests have memorable experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in team leadership, and experienced in managing restaurant functions from front to back of house. Your enthusiasm and management expertise will help create a welcoming atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, food preparation, and customer service to ensure smooth functioning. Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reducing waste to optimize food costs. Supervise food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations across all areas of the restaurant. Coordinating operations across multiple locations and overseeing multiple sites Handle cash management tasks such as POS (Point of Sale) system operations like

, along with cash handling procedures. Coordinate shift management to ensure timely service during busy hours while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with a strong background in food service operations. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and conducting interviews. Ability to manage budgets, control inventory, and implement cost-effective strategies. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences in casual dining or fine dining environments. Experience with shift management, kitchen operations, .
