Overview Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and leading dynamic teams? We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our vibrant dining establishment. Duties Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management Oversee staff training, development, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold rigorous standards for food handling and sanitation Handle cash transactions, POS systems such as Toast POS, and perform accurate cash handling procedures Coordinate shift management to ensure efficient staffing levels and smooth service flow during busy hours Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members to strengthen the restaurant's workforce Qualifications Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on staff training & development in hospitality management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; experience in food handling and food production is required Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and handle customer service challenges confidently Previous experience in hotel or banquet settings is a plus; barista or coffee experience is advantageous for certain roles Join us as a Restaurant Manager to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
