We are located on 712 Foothill Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities Staff Leadership:

Hire, train, schedule, and mentor all back-of-house personnel to maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Inventory & Ordering:

Track stock levels, set par inventory, order supplies, and oversee safe product storage and rotation.

Food Safety & Compliance:

Enforce local health department regulations and ensure the kitchen remains sanitary and audit-ready at all times.

Quality Control:

Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation to meet restaurant standards.

Cost Control:

Track labor and food costs to meet budgetary goals while minimizing waste.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly and schedule routine repairs or servicing. Qualifications Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or in a similar back-of-house leadership role. Strong working knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications (e.g., ServSafe Manager). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
