". We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) with a proven track record of excellence in restaurant operations, team leadership, and guest service. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of industry experience , with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or multi-unit management role . This position requires strategic thinking, strong financial acumen, a passion for people development, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Salary Varies (Minimum $74,880.00 annually) Final compensation is based on overall experience and qualifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling all staffing responsibilities, including hiring, training, scheduling, and terminating Purchasing all food and supplies and overseeing use of food and beverages within required dates and with a minimum of waste Supervising staff in terms of food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and repairs to restaurant and grounds Promoting cooperative effort, a team spirit, and good morale among employees Delivering excellent customer service including personally greeting and seating guests Resolving complaints from customers in a polite, friendly manner Performing daily inspections and periodic audits to check safety of equipment and to ensure that food is cooked properly; addressing engineering problems involving the cost, installation, and maintenance of such equipment Participating in training about standardized policies and conferring weekly with owner management about restaurant operations Administering payroll and maintaining records of sales and cash receipts including related areas of accounting, budgeting, credit policies, and banking methods Providing regular, accurate, computerized reports of operations to owner management. Information and data to create and maintain work product will come from your knowledge and experience, Ownership, Operations Management and Marketing Director. Outside resources will be used as necessary and required. Helping with duties of other employees (e.g., cashier, server, cook, etc.) when necessary because of an unexpected absence or extra volume Responding to customer and community interests to develop marketing and advertising •Working a minimum of 3-night (closing) shifts per week with at least 2 of the shifts being on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. On the floor functions include, but are not limited to the following: Accounting for all customer payments (responsible for register) Pouring alcohol Answering phone Hosting Taking customer orders Taking customer reservations Checking in with customers regarding their dining experience Handling any customer complaints Making sure employees are staying busy working as a team with focus on customers Closing out each night, last one out. With the exception of our working minimum requirements, the execution of these responsibilities can be delegated to another Manager, but you remain completely responsible for the results. If all these responsibilities are delegated to one team member, that person could be eligible for the title of Assistant General Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

) Valid California Manager Food Handler Card Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Own working laptop computer required High school diploma or GED required; college degree or hospitality certification preferred 10 years of restaurant experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role Strong customer service and leadership skills Financial acumen and budget management experience Advanced knowledge of restaurant management systems Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Clear communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask Familiarity with current food and beverage trends Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical capability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
