Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service. Manage schedules, shift assignments, and staff performance. Monitor food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Control costs through efficient labor and inventory management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with ownership and chefs on menu planning and promotions. Maintain financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics. Qualifications Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations. Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
