Altitude Trampoline Park at Manteca is looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant General Manager to join our energetic team. This is not a desk job — the AGM is expected to lead from the floor, drive membership sales, drive team performance, maintain safety standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience during both normal and high-volume operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, accountable, operationally strong, and confident managing employees and guests in a high-energy environment. This role ensures that all guests have a safe and thrilling experience while managing a team of team leads, court monitors, kitchen staff, front desk staff, and party hosts. You will be the "eyes and ears" on the floor, balancing administrative tasks with active floor management. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a good eye for detail, and a basic understanding of marketing to help grow our brand and customer base.
The key Responsibilities are:
Operations Leadership Assist in overseeing all daily park operations Lead shifts and ensure smooth execution during peak and non-peak hours Monitor staffing levels and adjust floor coverage as needed Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout the facility Support opening and closing procedures Sales & Revenue Focus Drive membership sales and upsell opportunities Coach front desk staff on membership conversion strategies Support birthday party and concession sales Monitor guest flow and reduce bottlenecks during busy periods Team Leadership & Accountability Lead, coach, and motivate front-line staff Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities Hold team members accountable for attendance, professionalism, and performance Assist with onboarding and training new employees Address employee issues promptly and professionally Safety & Guest Experience Enforce all park safety policies and procedures consistently Ensure court monitors actively supervise attractions Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Complete incident reports accurately and timely Maintain a positive, high-energy environment for guests and staff
Qualifications:
3+ years Experience in hospitality, entertainment, trampoline parks, restaurants, retail, or family entertainment centers preferred Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Basic understanding of marketing and social media engagement. Proficiency in computer applications, including email, calendar management, and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Positive attitude and passion for creating a fun, safe, and memorable guest experience.
