We are currently looking to hire a general manager to train for our upcoming May 2026 opening! This person is a charismatic leader that loves to have fun but gets the job done. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee morale.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese food preparation techniques and food safety regulations highly sought after.
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
