WONDERLAND PIZZERIAGENERAL MANAGER
Wonderland Pizzeria is more than a restaurant. We are a gathering place where community, music, art, conversation, and great food come together on the Russian River. We are seeking an experienced, positive, hands-on General Manager to help lead our growing team. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and understands that hospitality is about creating memorable experiences for both guests and staff.Responsibilities:
Lead daily restaurant operations- Manage and coach FOH and BOH teams
- Create schedules and manage labor costs
- Maintain high standards of guest service
- Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Work closely with ownership on events, promotions, and community engagement
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and positively
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and operational efficiencies
- Develop team culture through accountability, consistency, and respect
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a working leadership position
Qualifications:
3+ years restaurant management experience- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with high-volume service
- Knowledge of labor management and scheduling
- Ability to remain organized and calm during peak periods
- Experience with POS systems (Toast experience preferred)
- Beer, wine, and hospitality experience preferred
- Passion for community-focused hospitality
