We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support daily restaurant operations, lead staff, and ensure our guests receive top-notch service. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and leadership, with experience managing teams in a quick service or fast food environment. Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Support staff training and development to uphold company standards in food quality and customer service. Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste. Supervise food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices to maintain high standards. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of the restaurant. Lead shift management by coordinating team schedules and resolving operational issues promptly. Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or restaurant supervision. Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training and development. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols effectively. Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable; hospitality or fine dining experience is a plus. Effective communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
