Starting at $25.00/hour + Tips Join the Club! The Breakfast Club is one of the Bay Area's premier breakfast, brunch, and lunch destinations, known for exceptional hospitality, chef-driven food, handcrafted beverages, and memorable guest experiences. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Manager who leads from the floor, develops people, and is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality every day. Responsibilities Lead all front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences Hire, train, coach, and develop servers, hosts, bussers, and support staff Build weekly schedules and effectively manage labor Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure strong communication between FOH and BOH Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Ensure consistent execution of service standards, cleanliness, and organization Assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and daily operational procedures Help drive sales while maintaining labor and operational goals Qualifications 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience Breakfast and brunch experience is required Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Proven ability to manage labor and build high-performing teams Experience with Toast POS, 7shifts, and ADP is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Starting at $25.00/hour + Tips Paid vacation Employee meals Growth opportunities within a growing restaurant company A fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment Who You Are You lead by example, communicate with professionalism, hold yourself and your team accountable, and believe that great hospitality starts with great leadership.
