Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assist the manager in overseeing the FOH and BOH operations Opening and closing the restaurant Ability to resolve customers' questions with friendly and professional mannerism Good customer service skills Train new staff Follow recipes and food preparation instructions Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared and served correctly Other tasks assigned as needed per manager's instructions

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work weekends and holidays Work hours are 7:45am to 3:45pm with 30minute meal break, six days a week. Current CA Food Handler's card required Friendly, responsible, honest, helpful, dependable & fast learners Familiar with the operation of the restaurant Strong management ability and sense of responsibility Restaurant management experience is preferred
