Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Responsible for the service management of the restaurant, standardize the standards of servers, and provide guests with high-quality services. Responsible for the implementation of restaurant service quality and work procedures. Check the arrangement of equipment and tableware and its completion every day. Supervise both the restaurant front-of-house area and the back-of-house kitchen meal preparation. Be able to cover both FOH and BOH positions. Manage, recruit, terminate, and train employees. Responsible for closing and opening of the restaurant

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work weekends and holidays Six days a week; from opening to closing. Current CA Food Handler's card required Friendly, responsible, honest, helpful, dependable & fast learners Familiar with the operation of the restaurant Strong management ability and sense of responsibility Restaurant management experience is preferred
