We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly, from managing staff to maintaining high standards in food service and preparation. Duties Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Oversee customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and manage budgets, monitoring financial performance to achieve profitability goals. Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times. Utilize POS systems effectively for inventory management and sales tracking. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, promoting professional development within the team. Ensure food safety standards are met in food preparation and service areas. Develop a high moral culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention, and development. Check weekly and monthly reporting forms. Ensure that all vendor orders are placed through the designated channels. Strong background in customer service with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Demonstrated skills in budgeting and financial management. Experience in banquet management or event coordination is highly desirable. Proficient in shift management practices with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and their application in restaurant operations is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on leadership capabilities.
