Job Description

Location:
Flagstaff, AZ (Job is located in Cameron, Arizona - relocation or commute required)
Compensation:
$60,000 - $65,000 annual base salary Up to $12,000/year in performance bonuses ($1,000/month)

What You'll Do:
Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional service Drive sales performance and manage P&L responsibilities Hire, train, and develop team members aligned with company values Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Lead local marketing and community engagement efforts Identify challenges and implement operational improvements Build a culture of accountability, energy, and pride
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience as a General Manager in fast food (Burger King experience required) Age 25+ ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain) Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Valid driver's license in good standing Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
