Full-Time We are a high-volume Spanish restaurant in California seeking an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and bar team. This role is ideal for a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about cocktails, wine, and service, and excels at building strong, high-performing teams. Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations and service execution Lead, supervise, and motivate a high-volume bar team Develop, train, and mentor bartenders and bar staff Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls (liquor, beer, wine) Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health, and safety regulations Monitor bar cleanliness, organization, and efficiency Support service and lead by example working alongside with the bar team Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bar management (required) Experience in high-volume restaurants or bars (required) Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Proven leadership and team development skills Hands-on, operational mindset — comfortable working behind the bar Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Two consecutive days off per week Meal provided 15 paid vacation days per year Medical insurance option and additional benefits Stable, full-time position in a busy, well-established restaurant Ideal Candidate This position is perfect for a Bar Manager who thrives in high-volume service, has a passion for beverage programs, and believes in leading from the front.
