YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY

The General Manager is responsible for managing all the operations of the restaurant.

Duties include:

Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, including dine-in, catering, and third-party delivery, while maintaining high standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and service Own overall restaurant performance, including sales growth, profitability, labor management, cost control, inventory, cash handling, and P&L results Create an exceptional guest experience through strong floor presence, proactive service recovery, personalized guest interactions, and consistent execution of service standards Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop managers and team members, building a strong leadership bench and a high-performing, hospitality-driven culture Ensure accurate scheduling, staffing, timekeeping, payroll processes, and team member acknowledgements using company systems and established procedures Uphold company policies, internal controls, food safety standards, employment practices, and all applicable regulatory requirements Drive operational improvements by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, solving problems quickly, and implementing disciplined processes that support growth Partner with Operations, Finance, People & Culture, Marketing, Culinary, and Technology to execute promotions, training programs, brand initiatives, and system enhancements

BACKGROUND PROFILE

5+ years of experience as a General Manager with a high volume ($5M+) upscale, scratch, fast-casual restaurant chain/group Spanish speaking skills not required but highly desired Strong background in guest service, hospitality, leadership, financial performance, and operational metrics, with a proven ability to drive sales, build guest loyalty, and deliver operational excellence Experience with restaurant systems and business tools such as Harri, Paylocity, OPUS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Clear and effective communicator with strong listening, interpersonal, and team leadership abilities Ability to implement systems, improve processes, multitask effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Local candidates only - no relocations

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
