General Manager

We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our fast-casual pizza restaurant, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding customer service, and a positive work environment for our team members.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that provides top-tier guest service. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Maintain a strong presence in the restaurant, engaging with guests and staff to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Manage financial aspects, including sales forecasting, labor costs, and inventory control to maximize profitability. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe dining environment. Drive local store marketing efforts to build brand awareness and community engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (fast-casual or pizza experience preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to manage financials, including budgeting, labor control, and inventory management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
