The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a casual dining environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality dining experience while managing staff, inventory, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and shift management. Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff in culinary techniques and bartending skills. Oversee food management processes to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient operation. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new staff members to foster a positive work environment. Requirements Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred Proven experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager in a casual or fine dining setting. Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and customer service excellence. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in shift management with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
