The Manager will oversee staff, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer service while embodying our brand's values. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a passion for food and team management.

Responsibilities Operational Management:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

Train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Customer Experience:

Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a high-quality poke bowl. Address customer feedback promptly and professionally.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor sales, manage labor costs, and handle cash reconciliation to meet financial goals.
