Job Description

Shift Manager Roller King Skating Center is family owned and operated since 1977 Roller King has been host to families, schools, churches, birthday parties, canned food drives, holiday parties, fundraisers, girl scout troops, P.E. classes, adult nights, and countless other group activities for the surrounding Roseville community. We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead our team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player. Assist with any guest service issues or guest complaints. Assist with any guest needs or requests. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning the kitchen, flooring, tables, counters, equipment, etc. Balance cash drawers and complete daily reports. Manage a team of 25 employees. Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Qualifications :
Previous key holder experience a must. Can work in a fast paced environment. Reliable and trustworthy. Able to work independently. Previous managerial experience a must.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance. Ability to follow instructions. Excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail.
Job Type:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
