We serve fresh, build-your-own Hawaiian-style poke in a bright, fast-casual setting — and we treat our team and guests like ohana (family). If you're a hands-on leader who loves great food, a fast-paced team, and running a profitable shop, we'd love to meet you. Why you'll love working here: Competitive salary ($50K-$65K) plus performance bonus Paid time off and employee meal discounts Real growth opportunity with a fun, guest-focused brand A supportive, family-style team culture What you'll do: Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations, open to close Hire, train, schedule, and develop a team of 10-20 Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and waste to hit financial targets Order and receive product; manage vendor relationships Keep food quality, freshness, and portioning consistent on every bowl Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards Deliver fast, friendly service and resolve guest concerns quickly What we're looking for: 2-3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (fast-casual or QSR preferred) Experience managing labor and food costs California Food Manager (ServSafe) certification, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days Comfort with POS and scheduling systems Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Poke or sushi experience is a plus
