• Full-time Job Summary Nick's and South of Nick's is seeking skilled Assistant Culinary Managers and Culinary Managers to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise all aspects of the culinary department
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain menus that meet quality standards
• Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff in culinary preparation techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions Qualifications
• Proven experience in a culinary management role
• Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety, and kitchen management
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in fine dining or upscale food service is a plus
