We are open to experienced Assistant General Managers, Restaurant Managers, Senior Restaurant Managers, Service Managers, and Operations Managers who are ready to take the next step in their careers. This position offers a clear path toward General Manager for the right candidate and provides direct exposure to ownership and senior leadership as the company continues to grow. Position Summary The Assistant General Manager / Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, developing team members, driving guest satisfaction, and helping achieve financial and operational goals. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong floor presence, the ability to motivate teams, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership Support and oversee daily restaurant operations Maintain high standards for service, hospitality, cleanliness, and execution Ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts Assist in implementing operational systems and procedures Help drive consistency and accountability throughout the restaurant Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members Build a positive, high-performing team culture Lead pre-shift meetings and daily communication Hold team members accountable while fostering growth and engagement Support succession planning and employee development Guest Experience Deliver an exceptional guest experience through active floor leadership Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat business Create a hospitality-focused environment that exceeds expectations Financial & Business Performance Assist in managing labor and scheduling Support cost control initiatives and operational efficiencies Help drive sales and profitability Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant management experience Current experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role Experience in high-volume full-service restaurant environments preferred Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service Experience managing labor, scheduling, and daily operations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Stable work history with progressive leadership growth What We're Looking For A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor with their team Strong people leadership and communication skills A positive, energetic, and solutions-oriented mindset A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Someone looking for long-term growth and advancement opportunities Career Growth This role is designed for a leader who wants to continue growing professionally.
