Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee operations across Wormwood and Botanica. This role requires a well-rounded hospitality professional who can confidently manage a full-service restaurant, execute high-quality brunch service, oversee bar operations, and support a daytime café-style beverage program. This is a floor-driven leadership role—ideal for someone who thrives in service, leads by example, and can move seamlessly between refined dinner service, high-energy brunch, and daytime coffee operations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all front-of-house operations across Wormwood (dinner + brunch) and Botanica (daytime service) Lead service execution across multiple formats: full-service dining, brunch, bar, and café-style service Maintain and elevate standards for guest experience, hospitality, and service flow Manage bar operations, including cocktails, service standards, and team performance Support and maintain quality in coffee and espresso-based beverage programs Actively work on the floor during peak service times, including weekends and brunch Hire, train, and develop FOH team members across both concepts Create staff schedules and manage labor effectively Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls for FOH/bar operations Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Collaborate with ownership on operations, systems, and growth initiatives Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in full-service restaurants Strong experience with dinner service and high-volume brunch operations Solid bar management background (cocktails, service standards, team leadership) Familiarity with coffee/espresso programs (or willingness to learn and support) Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, multi-format environments Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Availability for nights, weekends, and peak service periods What We're Looking For:
