About Amaro Amaro is a luxury kitchen, bath, and home remodeling showroom serving homeowners, designers, and contractors throughout San Diego. We specialize in premium cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and complete remodeling solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Showroom Operations Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, coordinate projects from design through installation, manage vendors and materials, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep multiple projects, vendors, clients, and team members organized and moving forward. Responsibilities Showroom Operations Manage day-to-day showroom operations Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in clients Support sales efforts and client engagement Ensure a professional and welcoming customer experience Project & Production Management Track active projects from sale through completion Coordinate schedules with clients, designers, vendors, and installers Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met Process and track change orders Monitor project progress and provide status updates Resolve issues quickly and professionally Purchasing & Vendor Management Order cabinetry, tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and related materials Coordinate deliveries and logistics Maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendors Track purchase orders and material lead times Verify material accuracy and availability Client Communication Follow up with clients throughout the project lifecycle Schedule appointments and project meetings Provide updates regarding orders, deliveries, and installation schedules Address customer concerns and coordinate resolutions Administrative & Financial Support Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Maintain accurate records and reports Ensure project documentation is complete and organized Utilize company software and systems to track project performance Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen & bath, cabinetry, remodeling, construction, interior design, or showroom management Strong organizational and project management skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of cabinetry, tile, countertops, fixtures, appliances, and residential remodeling Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and lead a team Preferred Experience Kitchen & bath showroom management Cabinetry sales or operations Residential remodeling or construction Purchasing and procurement Vendor and subcontractor coordination Accounts payable and accounts receivable support What We're Looking For We are looking for a proactive leader who takes ownership, solves problems, communicates effectively, and keeps projects moving. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
