The Role We're looking for a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and set the tone for everything we do. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants more than a job title — they want ownership. What You'll Do Own daily operations — staffing, scheduling, inventory, quality, and guest experience Hire, train, and develop a team that shares your standards Maintain consistent hospitality and product quality across every shift Identify and fix operational gaps; build systems that hold up as the business grows Work closely with ownership on culture, strategy, and long-term goals Be the operational leader your team looks to and the face customers remember What We're Looking For 3-5+ years in retail or hospitality management with direct team leadership experience A genuine love for hospitality — you care about the experience you're creating Experience in a startup, independent, or scrappy environment — you know how to figure things out An ownership mindset — you treat the business like it's yours Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure Coffee experience is a plus, not a requirement What We Offer Competitive base salary: $90,000-$110,000 Bonus and profit-sharing opportunity Clear path to Operations Management Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision Insurance PTO Targeted 40-hour work week
