Schedule :

Full-time (50+ hours/week) Position Summary The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, financial performance, guest experience, and operational execution. This role is hands-on and requires active participation in both FOH and BOH operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH + BOH) Lead hiring, training, and development of team members Maintain labor, food cost, and operational efficiency targets Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety Manage scheduling based on business demand Drive team performance, accountability, and culture Resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences Maintain compliance with all company policies and California labor laws Qualifications 3+ years restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred) Strong leadership and team development skills Experience managing labor and food cost controls Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Flexible availability including nights and weekends Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 50 lbs Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
