  • Duties
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the business.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all food management practices meet health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
  • Coordinate banquet services and catering events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new staff members.
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere within the restaurant or venue, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Implement shift management processes to optimize staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including catering and banquet operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in shift management is preferred but not required.
