The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a high standard of food service in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will foster a positive team atmosphere, driving both employee satisfaction and guest experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Manage and train kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Conduct interviews and hire new team members, providing ongoing training and development. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to maintain optimal stock. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with culinary staff to create menu items that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints. Organize and manage banquet events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
