Steward Manager

Some restaurants hire managers. We're looking for a builder. Good Boy is a new fast-casual concept opening in San Luis Obispo, inspired by a location that has been part of the community since 1977.

Our mission is simple:

deliver fast-food speed with full-service hospitality while creating a place that people genuinely love to visit. We're searching for someone who understands that exceptional operations don't happen by accident. They happen through systems, consistency, accountability, and great leadership. Experience with brands known for operational excellence, such as In-N-Out Burger or similar high-volume concepts, like: Shake Shack, Raising Cane's, Chick-fil-A, Culver's, Whataburger, Dutch Bros, Starbucks, or Hillstone is highly valued. If you've helped lead teams where speed, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality were non-negotiable, we'd love to talk with you. This role is about far more than running shifts. You'll help build our culture, hire and develop our founding team, establish operational standards, coach future leaders, and shape the guest experience from the very first day we open our doors.
