General Manager Responsibilities:

Provides fast, friendly, and helpful customer service Ensures all food products meet the standards of freshness Maintains an effective employee schedule Creates and maintains a well-trained, responsible, and committed team members Ensures effective orientations for all new employees Implements and provides ongoing maintenance of all training programs Conducts performance evaluations in a timely and effective manner Provides all aspects of supervision including: motivation, performance management, progressive discipline, and performance evaluations Implements and provides ongoing maintenance of safety programs

General Manager Qualifications:

1-2 years in a similar role Good math aptitude Professional in appearance and demeanor Ability to work extended hours (day, evening and weekend shifts as needed) Ability to multi-task

General Manager Benefits:

Salary $60-65k paid hourly PTO 401k match Health care in 90 days Cell phone reimbursement
