• Have effective communication skills
• Have Expericence in a leadership position .
• Able to perform multiple positions when short staffed/ staff call in sick.
• Able to work under a Fast Paced environment
• Able to lift boxes weighing 25-35lb without assistance .
• Able to be an effective leader and manage a team anywhere from 4-6 people.
• Fast learner
• Reliable & Responsible (A MUST)
• Open for any type of shifts given (closing or opening) Available on weekends.
• Deliver great customer service at all times , and good with handling customer complaints.
• Must be able to follow all EPL procedures and regulations.
• Be able to coach and train team members when not performing to EPL standards .
