Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated leader to join the team as a Restaurant General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional hospitality towards every customer that enters our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Unreasonable Hospitality:
Deliver unparalleled service by going above and beyond for each and every customer. This includes anticipating their needs before they are even expressed, making personalized recommendations, and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
Manage Front-of-House Operations:
Oversee all front-of-house activities, including seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

Lead the
Team:
Directly lead and coach restaurant staff, including fron tof the house and back of the house teams. Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Maintain High Standards:
Ensure that all aspects of the restaurant meet high standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation. This includes maintaining a pristine dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
Manage Inventory and Supplies:
Oversee inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing expenses to ensure efficient operations while staying within budget.
Drive Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including targeted marketing initiatives and promotions.
Resolve Customer Complaints:
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, always prioritizing their satisfaction and well-being.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a track record of exceptional customer service and leadership.

Experience in the Back of the House is essential.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

High energy level and passion for delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences.

Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Spanish speaking.
