The ideal candidate has several years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience, a passion for hospitality, and enjoys serving high-quality, great tasting seasonal Italian food. The best candidates are knowledgeable about California and Italian wines, is a strong leader and genuinely enjoys working with and serving people. This is a management position with great growth potential.
Job Responsibilities include:
An ever-present focus on Hospitality. A strong floor presence assisting the team and welcoming guests. Expediting curbside takeout and delivery orders Establishing and nurturing vendor relationships. Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience (food/wine/service/facility) Monthly Restaurant P&L and budget adherence Monthly Beverage Inventory Make sure every single guest feels welcome whether they are a partner, Marin local or visiting tourist Employee and customer engagement Communicate policy and procedure to staff members Compensation and benefits: Competitive base salary Performance-based bonuses Health benefits Discounted food and daily shift meals To apply, you must have: Upscale high-volume restaurant experience Strong references Career progression Hospitality-focused track record A passion for seasonal Italian food and wine The ideal candidate also has: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager.
