The incumbent is expected to lead a multi-million-dollar business. Their main responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing team members and shift supervisors, and building the capabilities of the team. They are also responsible for fostering a strong store culture, providing exceptional customer service, and coaching team members.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Perform and direct overall restaurant management including inventory and cash control systems. Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policies are followed. Recruit, hire, train and develop high quality team members. Maintain a positive work environment dedicated to promoting our culture and values. Responsible for all food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently maintained. Respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or corrective actions when necessary. Create a happy and safe work environment. Ensuring restaurant plans and marking incitive are being implemented. Holds team members accountable for by performance management process.
