Identify problems early and solve them before they become bigger issues. Own Food Safety and Compliance Ensure all food safety, sanitation, labor, meal/rest break, and company policies are followed. Maintain proper documentation, logs, and required records. Create a safe work environment for team members and guests. Coach team members on proper food handling, cleanliness, and safety practices. Represent Chicken Meets Rice professionally with guests, vendors, inspectors, and the community.
