is highly necessary. Duties Supervise and Conduct Preparation of Pizza and Other Foods of Team Members during shifts to ensure service speed and quality goals. Provide training and support to kitchen efforts Assist in cooking and preparing food items, ensuring adherence to Red Hut Pizza standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with defining supplies to be ordered as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area. Cook, Prep, Fry, Slice, Dice and Bake as needed Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory role in Pizza , must have pizza experience Strong understanding of food safety regulations and Serv-Safe Cert. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team Ability to multitask in a Pizza environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays. A passion for PIZZA operations is a plus. Must be able to work collaboratively with others and provide assistance where needed.
