Job Description
Now Hiring:
Front of House Manager Location:
Tahoe National Brewing Co.- Tahoe City, CA Tahoe National Brewing Co.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily service and staff during shifts
- Leading by example with strong communication and a team-first approach
- Assisting with scheduling, training, and shift coverage
- Handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Supporting the coordination of events, menu changes, and product launches
- Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and flow across all FOH areas What we're looking for:
- Previous FOH management or lead server experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and guest service
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 21+ and available evenings and weekends This is a full-time, hourly leadership position with opportunities for growth within a local, independent business.
