ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER JUGO
Wellness JUGO Wellness is a premium juice and wellness destination built on consistency, community, and elevated guest experience. We're hiring an Assistant General Manager who is passionate about the JUGO brand and committed to upholding our values, culture, and standards every day. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the floor, lives a wellness-forward lifestyle, and takes real ownership of both the team and the operation. The Role AGMs support store leadership by helping run daily operations, guiding the team, and acting as a brand ambassador for JUGO. You are expected to lead by example, maintain strong store standards, and help manage key operational functions when ownership or senior management is not available. What You'll Do Lead the floor and support baristas and Shift Leads during service Step in to make juices, smoothies, toasts, and bowls as needed Perform food prep and production tasks during busy or short-staffed shifts Help open and close the store and manage shift flow Uphold JUGO brand values, culture, and guest experience standards Guide the team on wellness knowledge, ingredients, and product benefits Assist with ordering, inventory management, and vendor coordination Support staff scheduling, shift coverage, and team communication Train, coach, and help develop team members Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Communicate store performance, staffing needs, and operational updates to the GM/Owner Responsibilities may vary based on business needs. What We're Looking For Available 5-6 days per week , including weekends Able to work 30-40 hours per week 3-5+ years of leadership experience in food, beverage, or hospitality Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume environment Strong knowledge of health, wellness, vitamins, and supplements Lives a wellness-forward lifestyle and authentically represents the JUGO brand Demonstrated experience with ordering, scheduling, and operational oversight Comfortable working all stations, including bar, prep, and floor leadership Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in coolers/freezers Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Pay & Wellness Perks $26/hour Flexible scheduling Paid training Employee discounts Complimentary shift meals and beverages Monthly JUGO wellness credit (for smoothies, bowls, and retail wellness products) Performance-based bonuses tied to store standards, team leadership, and guest experience Clear path to General Manager based on performance and store growth
