Job Description
We're looking for a hospitality-driven Manager to lead daily operations at (un)subtle, a design-forward multi-kitchen dining house in West Hollywood. Responsibilities Lead all front-of-house operations and guest experience Hire, train, and develop the service team Manage coordination across 10 kitchen partners + bar Oversee pickup and third-party delivery operations Maintain exceptional hospitality and operational standards Solve problems in real time and continuously improve systems Qualifications 5+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience Experience leading high-volume, guest-focused operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for hospitality, service, and operational excellence Familiarity with the principles of Unreasonable Hospitality is a plus
