Job Description

Job Description The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of Food & Beverage operations, including team members, service and profit management. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and remain on the floor while keeping quality consistently high. Approach all encounters with guests and team members in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner. Manage the labor costs of the departments while ensuring service excellence. Maintain high standards of service by developing the team to follow all service standards. Comply at all times with The London West Hollywood standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Manage recruitment, coaching and corrective action process Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets. Supervise all team members. Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner. Ensure preparation of required reports, including (but not limited to) payroll, team members schedules, quarterly actions plans. Monitor quality of service in Food & Beverage outlets. Assist in menu planning and preparation. Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures in all outlets.
Job Requirements:
At least 1-3 years in food and beverage managerial position Excellent communication skills Strong Food and Beverage knowledge
