What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise floor staff during your shift, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operationsManage bartending duties and support the bar team with specialty drink preparationHandle cash management, inventory checks, and opening/closing proceduresResolve customer concerns with professionalism and graceMaintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the venueTrain and mentor team members to uphold our high service standards

What We're Looking For:
