Job Description

Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, seamless service, and strong team performance in a live music environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing front-of-house operations during service and events
  • Lead and support staff to maintain high service standards
  • Oversee floor service, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Support bar and service flow during peak periods
