In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage handling, and smooth team coordination. Your enthusiasm and leadership will help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food service management, team leadership, and delivering memorable hospitality experiences. All roles are paid positions, including internships. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Manage cash handling procedures accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness Supervise team members, including training new staff, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a positive work environment Monitor inventory levels, assist with food production, and control stock to minimize waste and maximize profitability Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere Assist in managing restaurant workflows during busy periods, including coordinating kitchen and front-of-house activities Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in hospitality or food service management roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for cash handling and sales processing Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures Excellent team leadership skills with experience in staff training and development Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality Join us if you're passionate about leading vibrant teams in a fast-paced environment where your energy makes a difference!
