Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee service quality and guest recovery efforts during assigned shiftsAssist with scheduling, payroll accuracy, inventory controls, and operational reportingCoach, discipline, and develop team members in alignment with company standardsSupport hiring, onboarding, and training of front-of-house staffEnsure adherence to food safety, alcohol service, labor, and operational policiesConsistent execution of service and operational standardsMeasurable improvement in team performance and retentionAccuracy in scheduling, inventory, and operational processesExecution of front-of-house food safety programsTracking and enforcement of staff certification complianceEnforcement of allergen protocols and alcohol service policiesGuest incident response and documentationOutlet-level front-of-house food safety ownershipPrimary inspection support for front-of-house areasOther related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Food Safety Guidelines, Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
