Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee service quality and guest recovery efforts during assigned shifts Assist with scheduling, payroll accuracy, inventory controls, and operational reporting Coach, discipline, and develop team members in alignment with company standards Support hiring, onboarding, and training of front-of-house staff Ensure adherence to food safety, alcohol service, labor, and operational policies Consistent execution of service and operational standards Measurable improvement in team performance and retention Accuracy in scheduling, inventory, and operational processes Execution of front-of-house food safety programs Tracking and enforcement of staff certification compliance Enforcement of allergen protocols and alcohol service policies Guest incident response and documentation Outlet-level front-of-house food safety ownership Primary inspection support for front-of-house areas Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Food Safety Guidelines, Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

High School Graduate with the below listed experience or Equivalent Work Experience Must be fluent in English Must have strong communication skills Computer skills - word and (excel would be helpful) Management experience in food and beverage operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Demonstrated financial and operational aptitude Responsible Alcohol Training Certification Food Safety Manager Certification A valid Colorado Gaming License Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States Don't want to drive to Black Hawk?
