We are looking for a passionate, professional, driven & experienced leader to join our team in Boulder, Colorado area.

 Oversee & manage all aspects of the operation to achieve the highest standard in guest satisfaction. Compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals  Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all times  Display consistent attention to detail & follow through of all company policies & SOPs  Represent the restaurant professionally through effective communication, cooperation and relationships with the all business partners  Collaborate with the management team to create a culture and restaurant work environment based upon respect; foster opportunities for the team to learn, grow and develop their abilities  Offer positive solutions to problems or issues and be a voice that is part of the decision making team  Responsible for hiring, training & mentoring FOH staff  Responsible for marketing & promotion of the restaurant to capture more guests and a larger share of the local market to meet/exceed sales and financial goals and objectives  Manage the maintenance/sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the restaurant to protect the asset, comply with regulations and ensure quality service  Resolve customer complaints, as appropriate, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.  Assist in management of the Wine Program including selling, purchasing, inventory & educatio
Required Qualifications:
 2-3 years of service experience, preferably in a fine-dining environment  Basic wine knowledge  Bachelors Degree or Culinary degree is preferred  Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with fellow employees & a variety of business partners .  Prior experience/Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, OpenTable, POS systems
Physical Demands:
