General Manager Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of three years of service industry experience and two years of management/leadership experience Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entirety of a shift Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays with consistent attendance and punctuality General Manager Responsibilities Hire, onboard, train, and develop talent while fostering a growth-oriented team culture Deliver consistent, engaging customer experiences rooted in genuine care and community connection Oversee daily operations including inventory, staffing, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards Navigate change and make strategic decisions while clearly communicating shop performance to leadership Coach and develop teams through company mission, values, and continuous feedback General Manager Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $66,500/year plus a performance-based bonus program Health insurance (50% employer paid) with a $1,200 annual company wellness contribution 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match Three weeks paid vacation with tenure-based increases, paid sick leave, and two paid holidays (Christmas and Thanksgiving) Dental and vision plans available
